Ibotyporanga: pholcids in arid Brazilian habitats
(published in Insect Syst. Evol., 2003; see Abstract, PDF)

The genus Ibotyporanga contained only a single species since its creation in 1944. This paper adds three new species. Surprisingly, these spiders (and apparently most of their ninetine relatives) are unusual within pholcids in that they are restricted to arid environments rather than humid forests.
