Clubionidae (incl.
Miturgidae)
Medium sized spiders. Night
hunters that do not build webs. Labium clearly longer than wide. Width
of eyefield about half the width of prosoma, but mostly clearly smaller
than half the largest width of prosoma.
Only 2 genera in Central
Europe: Clubiona and Cheiracanthium (the latter
presently in Miturgidae).
